Skiing in Bansko
Bansko is a lovely town and ski resort in south-western Bulgaria, located at the foot of the Pirin Mountains at an altitude of 925 m above sea level. It is considered to be the most developed Ski and Winter Resort in Eastern Europe. Its skiing area is at 990-2600 m and the total length of the marked slopes is 75 km.
